Shipping Policy
We're excited to offer free shipping across England, Scotland, and Wales for all Flouf Pets products! For our valued customers in Northern Ireland, a shipping fee of £14.99 will be applied.
30-Day Returns
At Flouf Pets, we stand by the quality of our products, but we also understand that sometimes things don't work out. Here’s our 30-day return policy:
- Duration: You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
- Condition: For repackaging purposes, we can only accept a return for an item that is in the original packaging in a condition suitable for resale. Any items that are used, damaged, have signs of pet hair or have been assembled cannot be accepted for a return.
- Exchange: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your items, we ask that you follow the below steps to make a return and place a new order. Please note that delivery charges will not be reimbursed.
- Shipping Cost: The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs.
- Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we’ll process your refund if the item meets our return conditions.

1-Year Warranty
Your peace of mind matters to us. Flouf Pets products come with a one-year warranty covering functional defects:
- Coverage: The warranty is valid for one year from the date of receipt.
- What's Covered: It applies to functional defects in the product.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover standard wear and tear.
- Claim Process: If you encounter any issues, please contact us with proof of defect, such as photos or videos.
- Resolution: Flouf Pets reserves the right to determine the best method of resolution, which may not always involve a full replacement of the unit.
No International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are focused on serving our customers within the United Kingdom to the best of our abilities.
